When a payout is marked as Approved in EarnFM, it is not sent directly to PayPal. Approved payouts are fulfilled through Tremendous.

Check your Tremendous email

1. Open the inbox of the same email address you use for your EarnFM account.
2. Look for an email from Tremendous (also check spam/junk).
3. Open the Tremendous link and enter your PayPal email (or complete the selected payout method) to claim the funds.

Also check for these issues

• PayPal account limited, unverified, or registered in a restricted country.
• For crypto: wrong wallet address or wrong network (especially USDT).

If you cannot find a Tremendous email after approval, reply to your support ticket with your Payout ID and EarnFM account email.
